HISTORY

Jim Dunphy formed Dunphy Properties in 2005 after a 21 year career encompassing retail leasing, site selection, acquisition, disposition, financial analysis, land purchase, site design, equity and construction financing, and property management.

With now 39 years of experience, Jim manages Dunphy Properties, backed by several significant capital resources. He oversees the company as it acquires, entitles and develops land for retail and medical office projects throughout the continental United States. The company is focused on programmatic opportunities and is currently serving a number of retail and medical office providers in their nationwide expansion plans. Dunphy Properties also provides third party development management services, specializing in financial analysis, land acquisition, site design, project entitlement, construction management, and leasing.
